Kings Centre FREE to Charities Initiative
With possible savings of up to £1500, our FREE to Charities Initiative is born out of a desire to support organisations that are serving the community and would benefit from using our facilities to raise awareness or funds for their organisation.
Six different Charities/Organisations will benefit from this initiative in the first year. The application process is simple using the downloadable form. Completed applications will be assessed with all applicants being contacted as soon as assessment is complete.
We will be offering the following rooms as a part of this initiative:
Main Auditorium (Max capacity 700)
Devon (Max capacity 400)
Sussex (Max capacity 140)
A FREE to Charities Initiative booking will be for no more than 6 hours including set-up and pack-down and take place Monday to Friday – 9am to 11pm.
Kings Centre will provide up to two staff and a PA Operator if required without charge.
No Catering can be brought into the Centre. However we offer quality catering facilities at very reasonable prices.
Our licensed Vivo Café Bar can be included subject to a minimum level of business.
Your organisation will provide stewards and car park attendants in an agreed proportion related to the number of attendees.
All ticketing and promotion of the event is the responsibility of your organisation.
We would ask that Kings Centre be recognised in a agreed way as a sponsor of the event.
